Music Forward Foundation is a national nonprofit organization that transforms young lives, inspires careers, and champions a more inclusive music industry. As part of the Live Nation Entertainment family, Music Forward programs inspire ambition, create momentum, and redefine what’s possible for the young people and the industry we serve.

Live music inspires millions around the world, but the concerts we all enjoy wouldn’t be possible without the countless crew members working behind the scenes. When shows were paused during the pandemic, Live Nation donated $10 million to Crew Nation and the global music industry leaned in with an additional $8 million and together we extended a helping hand to touring, festival, and venue crews that needed support to stay afloat.

While live music is back and bigger than ever, Live Nation is committed to continuing its support of the unsung heroes in live. Through On The Road Again with the legendary Willie Nelson, Live Nation has committed to donating another $5 million to Crew Nation to support crew members across the industry facing unforeseen hardship.

Crew Nation is powered by Music Forward Foundation, a charitable 501c3 organization, that administers the fund.

How is my donation used?

All proceeds will go to eligible applicants under the Crew Nation fund. These funds go towards supporting live music crew members facing hardships in all areas of their lives.

Who is eligible to receive support from the Crew Nation fund?

Live music crew members who are facing hardships should apply when applications are open. Those who may have already benefited from the Crew Nation fund will also be able to reapply with certain parameters.
