BMG invests in the next generation of diverse youth through a year of impactful, innovative Music Forward internships & mentorships, allowing them to explore, get prepared, and discover careers in the music & live entertainment industry. The partnership gives students the opportunity to gain knowledge not only in the highly competitive creative field but also provides them with the skills and tools they will need on their professional journey leveraging their musical talents and passions in a variety of workplace settings so they can successfully secure future employment, avert poverty, and achieve lifelong professional fulfillment. Since 2020, we’ve been giving young people unprecedented access to paid hands-on experiences, and access to top music industry professionals. Forming these experiences enriches our commitment to creating equity and increasing access and opportunity for under-represented voices.
All positions are paid. You must be located in the city indicated to be considered, positions may be a hybrid of in-person and virtual.
